The number you see in Creator Studio is not correct–it shows public & private combined. And, we're not seeing many public videos on your channel, so you're likely not eligible for a review at this time. You can try switching private videos to public: https://yt.be/help/YPP-review

If you're using an iOS device, you can go to Library > My videos > More > Edit > Privacy > switch from Private to Public > Save changes. If you're using a computer or an Android, see the steps here: https://yt.be/help/gv26 Hope it helps!

If you see a globe icon in your videos, that means your videos are in Public.
