@TeamYouTube A video of mine is only viewable by me, but it's public and the content ID claims on it are only taking the ad revenue without affecting its visibility. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=crKgUkYDU6E …
I've asked about this several times now so I'd appreciate finally getting this looked at.
Copyright holders can change their policies at any time, so the status can change if the copyright owner makes a different decision. More about usage restrictions on claimed music here: https://yt.be/help/oLtu

The status has never changed. The video has been unviewable by others since the moment it been uploaded, and I have never been notified of it being blocked nor does it appear that way in creator studio. Plus, the video plays just fine on my end. This has to be a technical issue.
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

So either it got automatically blocked, but a technical issue prevented notifying me about it via email and prevented creator studio from showing the fact that it's blocked, or it didn't get blocked, but there is a technical issue effectively blocking it for everyone but me.

Sometimes, copyright owners may block your video, which means people can't watch it. They can decide to block your video worldwide or just in certain countries/regions. More: https://yt.be/help/tG1B
