Hello TeamYoutube, One question I have uploaded a video last Friday and I noticed that theres some parts of my video is pausing and freezing for a few seconds and it skipped a few scenes I did follow your format recommendations cleared the cache but still the problem still there.

Hello there. Try clearing your browser date before re-uploading the affected video. Let us know if that didn't fix the issue.

This happened right after i've cleared the cache and browser date as you mentioned and uploaded another test video. When it was about to play the ending transition it paused again and the video went like this and I swear it's not my PC that's having that issue. . (*~▽~)pic.twitter.com/IeBixdau40

We've tried playing the video & there really was an error. We recommend you try playing the original video again & if the video's quality's smooth, then reupload them. Make sure to upload them with high internet connection speed. Keep us posted.
