Just like non-live YouTube vids–all live streams are scanned for any 3rd party content & if one's identified, your channel can get a strike & live streaming will be restricted. Putting the live stream vid on private after getting a strike won’t resolve it: https://yt.be/help/gok2

What about if I delete all of them? If I delete all the videos that I did on Livestream that got music copyright content

All my Livestream videos are on private but I could delete all of them, that can save me from getting "strikes" on my channel? I don't have strikes rigth now.

Deleting videos will not resolve copyright strikes. Your options are outlined in detail here: https://yt.be/help/fhTF

I understand, so after 90 days all the copyright notification will expire, Right? That means if I stop using music on my Livestream from now until 90 days I won't have problem about the copyright notification anymore.

Hi, copyright strikes expire after 90 days so long as you don't receive any additional strikes – using copyrighted music, while there's an existing one. You can try a counter notification in your Video Manager and, if complete and valid, YouTube will forward it to the claimant.
