(1/2) It seems that your video was blocked because of a full-album flag. Some select partners have the ability to block full-album uploads, and select music label partners are enrolled into this program at the content-owner level.
Ok... so you’re telling me the albums are being blocked because licensing partners, like @cdbaby on this case, want to block them?
