Hey @TeamYouTube yet again I upload a video that seems monetized right until I make it public it's impossible to get decent views on my videos if they get restricted Everytime I make them publicpic.twitter.com/4k2Ms4UYsn

Yeah it certainly limits me as a creator. I'd much rather have the system detect it before I make the video public that way I can request a manual review.
Before publishing, change the title to something that would definitely cause demonetization, then wait for the yellow icon to appear, change the title back to the original title and then request a manual review. As soon as it's confirmed green, publish the video.
Yea, why does it wait until it’s live to start analyzing?? Does it not analyze after being uploaded before publishing, and maybe have an icon to let us know so we can fix the problem before we publish it?? I generally schedule my videos.
Hmm, you can actually upload your videos as unlisted for the system to get an early read on the status–if there’s a yellow icon, you can ask the review team to take a look before scheduling it. Hope this helps!
@TeamYouTube Not gonna lie that is the stupidest system I can imagine. Why would it need the video to be published to determine it's monetization? Is it using view data? Why on earth would that be necessary?
It’s a feature
X for doubt
That's actually bullshit. No matter how long the video is unlisted, it never detects anything until it's made public
YouTube sucks Big time, google destroyed YouTube, http://Vidlii.com is better and has adsense.
Not happening my dude
