The content is monetized by the copyright owner. This alone should not result in the video being not available for viewing. I am in contact with the copyright owner since yesterday and he’s also baffled it was blocked. He wants the video online as much as I do.
Also I don’t want to monetize the video. None of the videos on the channel are monetized by me. I just want an answer as to why videos that should not be blocked are getting flagged as unavailable. It’s pretty clear on the second print that the © owner chose not to block it.
