Thanks for the screenshot. It looks like you have to add your signature (legal name) and check the box to proceed. Keep us posted.
I did add my signature. But I believe there should be legal statements above that as well as a region for me to state why I believe the claim is is in error. But as you can see in the screenshot they are missing. I think that is why I can't proceed.
