@YouTube hi there, I rented a movie on my phone but had trouble when trying to cast it to the tv. Instead of playing the whole movie on the tv, it only showed me the preview and I couldn’t get it to play the entire thing. Only on my phone the whole movie was playing but not thetv

On the YouTube app, I go to my profile pic and select help and feedback, type purchase, select get support with YouTube paid memberships & purchases and it just takes me back to the link you provided.
