What trouble shooting steps? I don’t have access to alternative internet, so that’s not possible. And I use a Roku device.

Thanks for trying those steps. Could you try resetting the app, here's how: Click on the gear icon > Click Settings > Click Reset App. Once the app resets, restart the device to check if that makes a difference. Let us know.
