@TeamYouTube I am having audio sync issues on the YouTube TV Samsung TV App while watching DVR recordings. How do I fix this
We'd like to help. Please try signing out, restarting the device and signing back in. If that doesn't fix the issue, uninstall and reinstall the YouTube TV app. Let us know if that helps.

I signed out of all accounts and the issue still exists. I tried deleting the app from the TV but it does not allow me to "remove the basic set of apps"
