@TeamYouTube The toggle annotations button does nothing. Either remove it or make it toggle the end screen, preferably the latter.

It's not an issue with cache or cookies, so I'll go over everything again. The "Annotations" switch in the settings menu in the bottom right of any video on your website does nothing due to the fact that annotations were removed. So can you make it toggle the end screen instead?
