I did as instructed, sadly it did not help. I also tried troubleshooting. I tested this feature on other accounts and it works there. It just does not work for my account in particular.

Yes, I have tried to use Safari on my Mac, and I tried to use Chrome on my Windows PC, plus I have tried another Windows PC. So I have tried 3 different devices so far.

I have done that, but sadly I do not think to send in feedback will do me any good, since the feedback option, is not present in the brand account error message, so I'm not able to send a screenshot of it.
