I’m USA based. Before I travel I download my playlist but after two days it was deleted from my phone. Now I don’t have music to listens and if I try to download it it says that the country I am is not supported.

That's strange. Just to confirm, are you signed in to the right account that you've subscribed to YouTube Music? Also, have you uninstalled the app (this might delete the data saved for offline viewing)? Let us know.
