You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
Thanks for bringing this to our notice, this looks like a phishing email. You can report the email by following the steps mentioned here: https://yt.be/help/RnGg . Note that YouTube will never ask for your personal info like passwords. Hope this clarifies.
