That's right — thanks for the screenshot. You want to make sure you're using the same email for both YouTube Music and your Google Home Max. You could try resetting your device to its default settings: http://goo.gl/QFbpaj

The device is definitely using the same email as my YouTube Premium account. I'll try resetting the assistant and see if that works. Ty.

Hey Daniel, we're checking back in — how's it going with your Google Home Max? Have you had a chance to try doing the steps above?

Wow, haha, wth? You're following up with me? That's amazing! Thank you so much. Re: the home. Did two resets between yesterday and today and unfortunately I still can't call up a personal playlist. I've put in a good 5 hours at this point and I'm stumped.

You're welcome! You've done great going through the steps with us. We'd like to isolate this further — are you able to request and play a specific song? Also, could you try requesting your playlist using the Google assistant on your phone?

Got it! Since this is happening on other devices too, we'd suggest reaching out to our friends
@TeamYouTube to check on this further. We hope they'd hop in soon.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -
