Hey @YouTube, can you please tell me WHY I'm suddenly unsubbed to a bunch of channels I've previously been subscribed to?
I've had to resubscribe to 36 channels in less than a minute. What the hell?

Thanks for reaching out. YouTube doesn't automatically unsubscribe users from channels. It's likely that this might've happened for one of these reasons: https://yt.be/help/mmwz . Hope this helps.

Yeah it definitely happens. Specific people too. I’ve been unsubbed from Tim pool 5+ times.

Thanks for reaching out. Try disabling any 3rd party extensions you might've installed on your browser as they might unsubscribe you without consent. Let us know how it goes.

I’m on my iPhone and I don’t use any extensions. It’s happened loads and loads and loads of times. Something is definitely happening. Yesterday I saw a video for the king of random, I thought they retired, nope, I was unsubbed for the last 6+ months lol. I almost NEVER unsub

Hmm, are you using a shared device? If yes, keep us posted. Also, we recommend checking your device activity page to check for any abnormal activity and sign out of unknown devices: https://yt.be/help/x3xN

Not a shared device. 100% of my YouTube activity is from my phone. I don’t log in in any other locations. I used to assume I accidentally tapped unsub but now it’s a 2 part process that seems unlikely. I never accidentally see the pop up. I’m not saying it’s on purpose btw.

Thanks for trying those steps. As a next step, we'd recommend sending a feedback report directly from your YouTube account with these steps: https://yt.be/help/RYwc . While you may not get a direct response, we do review and use the details to investigate and fix issues.
