It freezes about 2-3 times a game. It’s not my internet. It’s the app. I’m using a Roku tv with the Ethernet cable plugged into the modem

Thanks for the info. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like uninstalling the app, restarting the device and reinstalling it? In most cases that does the trick. Keep us posted.
