Thanks for answering guys! The device I'm using is an Acer laptop&the Browser Chrome.I've already tried these steps&I have problems trying to remove claimed songs from my videos with over 100,000 views. That's why I'm probably not able to be a part of the YouTube partner program..

I've already cleared by browser's cache&cookies but it still doesn't work. Am I able to monetize my channel if I have songs in my videos which are monetized by claimant?&can I monetize my channel if I only have copyrighted songs in my videos with over 100,000 views? Thanks again !

Wonder if it's a browser issue. Can you try using a different browser to see if that helps in fixing the issue? Also, we recommend you to check our Help Center resource on Copyright FAQ's for in-depth help: https://yt.be/help/ZGuB . Let us know.
