That's odd. Try uninstalling/reinstalling the app or updates after restarting the device to check if that makes any difference. Let us know how it goes.

I tried it on my laptop and my phone. It's not playing anymore on either. It was working fine yesterday. A lot of my students saw it. Then this started coming up this morning.

I sent in the feedback. their final is in 2 days so I need the videos to be live again. The channel wont let me reupload bc it says that it's a duplicate file. What's the time frame I can expect a resolution to this problem?

Ah ok. If you'd like to upload the same video again, try editing the video and uploading it again. For example, changing the video length (e.g. by adding extra frames by using video editing software) or compressing the video should allow the video to upload.
