Thanks for reaching out. Could you try resetting the YouTube app on Roku: Go to Settings > Reset app? Hope this helps fix things.

Will this affect settings & history across all devices that the account is logged into? Or just settings on the particular Roku I do the reset on?

To clarify, this effects only the settings and history of the YouTube app on Roku, but not across devices. Hope this helps.
