@TeamYouTube Since Monday, none of my new videos are registering as the latest video on my beta dashboard, nor as a video I can feature on my channel... I have to manually enter the link.

Thanks for confirming. Could you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using a different browser or Incognito mode? Let us know if either of these helps fix the issue.
