Everything is up to date (the latest everything), iPhone 8, I deleted and reinstalled the app, connecting via wifi (as I have for years). Nothing improved. Please confirm you haven’t changed your delivery system in the last week or 8 days. Everything was perfect before then.

I have this issue on my ipad. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted the device, updated OS, and then restarted the device again. Youtube is still acting like dial up.
