My JOHN WICK 3 Q&A video was improperly taken down by @YouTube due to a false copyright claim by @assetssafe (I filmed event myself, took the pics, used royalty-free music I pay for). Yet, when people have STOLEN my videos & reuploaded them, it takes YT a week to act.
If you believe you've received the claims in error, you can always dispute it. Here's how: https://yt.be/help/LKJN . Here's more info on copyright claims: https://yt.be/help/9Uj2 . Hope this helps.

I sent 2 requests to retract the claim & have just filed a counterclaim w/ YouTube. How many views, potential subscribers will I lose waiting? This company is well-documented for false copyright claims because they use bots. Are you stopping them? Did YT scrutinize their claim?

Further, how is it THEIR copyright claim was filed on a video that had been up less than 24 hours and the video was almost instantly taken down, yet I’ve had people STEAL my videos & reupload them to another channel, but it takes YT a week or more to remove the stolen videos???

Your disputes take too long for creators but take a few minutes for companies, eventually your anti creator practices will catch up.
