Thanks for confirming. Are you able to see your channel under 'Account Menu' on http://YouTube.com ? Also, have you made any changes to your account recently? Share more details and we'll take a look.
Update! On a computer, sign in to YouTube. In the top right menu, select your channel icon. Select > Switch account > Add account > Sign in to YouTube using the login credentials of your second channel.

Could you log out from everything that you're logged in to including your email and then try to log back in using the email address of the main channel? Let us know if that works.
