Yes. Now the Samsung app isn't even loading videos. UI framework appears, with no content. On all pages: home, search, library, etc

Hmm. Can you check if there are any pending updates on the app? Also, try restarting the device to see if that makes any difference. Keep us posted.

Ok now the issue is coming up maybe once a day. Having to reinstall every time is bothersome.
