Currently, public sub counts are abbreviated in most but not all places across YouTube. In August, we’ll make this more consistent by always showing abbreviated sub counts publicly. Creators: You’ll still see your full sub count in Studio! Learn more → http://yt.be/help/abbrev-count …pic.twitter.com/pmaKk4EU4k

I don't care if I can see it, I go to
@SocialBlade to check my numbers. I care that the people who support me and have taken the time to subscribe to me can see it. Because everyone of my subscribers counts to me. They are not just a round up or down. - 1 more reply

No, you can not, Studio beta is extremely inaccurate with the sub count. Somehow. It's off by days, we use social blade for accurate sub counts for our own channels. Unless you plan on fixing that?

@TeamYouTube we know that the youtubers will see their subcounts in the studio, but the issue people have is that they, the public, won’t be able to see the exact sub count and even YouTubers are criticising your decisionThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

That's the thing though. I don't think anyone wants to have to go to a whole different website JUST to see their sub count growing or decreasing. At the end of the day, this change doesn't do anything for anyone and is just another stupid change.
