@TeamYouTube having trouble with my account after switching to cc billing from iTunes. Devices all logged out and second account not able to login on any devices

No error message. It just bounces back to the log in/trial page.

I was able to log using the main account but only the main account.

Correction. It lets me log in with my account, and it knows that both accounts are in a family group that shares a subscription. But it still won't let the other account log in.

That's odd. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that makes any difference? Also, make sure your device OS is updated to the latest version. Let us know if this helps.

Yup. Tried uninstalling. The affected devices are an iPad Air (latest gen) and an iPhone XS. I'm updating to 12.3 on the iPad right now. Will update on results.
