That's odd. Are you using an Android/iOS? If so, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app/updates to check if that makes any difference? If you're using a browser, try clearing the cache & cookies. Let us know if this helps.
Yes, have tried everything. I Cleaned cache & cookies on both Chrome and firefox. I checked if it was just that one video so i reuploaded the same file and the audio removal worked. I also tried to do the same on another account and that worked fine too.
