Been having a weird issue with @youtube today. A video I posted yesterday never processed to 4k quality. So I re-rendered it just in case, and reuploaded it. Now it's stuck at 1440p max resolution. Really not sure what's happening.

Thanks for reaching out. To clarify, higher resolutions such as 4K or 1080p can take more time to process. If you prefer to wait for availability of 4K, you can upload your video as unlisted and make it public once that resolution is available.

thanks for the response. i know they can take more time, but i think something is especially strange. its been ~30 hours and the video still is only available in 360p and 1080p. on an hdr computer, its available at 1080p hdr, nothing higher. same with the re-rendered video

I use the same encoding settings (and capture settings) in all these other videos, which processed properly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tMjX58RPPAo … https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQ_qt2Yies4 …https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qzv5JsWTTY0 …
