@TeamYouTube I can’t monetize the video that got claimed since my channel is so small but that video was the main source of growth on my channel. It had 33k views and my other videos had >1k. Most had >200 views

Monetization during Content ID disputes is enabled when both the video creator and the Content ID claimant want to monetize the video. Here's more info: https://yt.be/help/UtCz . Hope this helps clarify.

They never monetized the video it was fair use and the video was removed completely. I got a response from YouTube denying my request and I sent another counter claim

If you've submitted a counter notification, after we process by forwarding it to the claimant, the claimant has 10 business days to respond. This time period is a requirement of copyright law.

Do you send the counterclaim to the email that was provided for me to contact? Because the email address is broken, it says link not found when I email him. I might have to wait the 10 or so days no matter what.
