@TeamYouTube I just received a copyright strike for a wide that was blocked world wide before and already was set to private afterwards. I don't quite understand why I received that Copyright Strike when noone could've accessed that video regardless. Can you clear this up for me?
If you believe the Copyright strike is invalid there are 3 ways to resolve it. Also, you can dispute it with the email that you've received. Our section about 'How to resolve a copyright strike' could help you with the more info: https://yt.be/help/fhTF . Hope this helps.

Hey thanks for the reply, I already had an on going dispute against my world wide blocked video which got denied by the claimant of the copyrighted material in question. After that followed an email that my video had been blocked world wide and wouldn't be accessible.

So after I received that world wide block on my video I disputed it but the dispute had been denied by the claimant. I thought I would let the video be instead of risking a strike. but a couple of days later I saw that I had an on going copyright strike for the video in question.
