@YouTubeTV we received an alert on our account that our rate would be going up because of some new channels, effective today’s date, but the channels are not appearing on our guide.

Thanks for reaching out. The new networks may not appear if a custom guide line is enabled. This can be set as default view. Also, you can customize your Live tab viewing preferences by selecting your profile photo > Settings > Live guide on a mobile device or web browser.

Thank you!! Had no idea that setting existed. Ha! Do we need to restart the device we’re running our YouTubeTV on after I added it on the app for it to refresh and it appear?

You're welcome! They must appear once you've set your preferences, otherwise you can just close the app and relaunch it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
