@YouTube - my 8 year old uses my wife’s youtube account and you suspended her account (paying youtube red). We have tried many ways to get to understand what terms the account violated. Your response is worse that how government offices in India responded in the 80s. 1/2
Just to confirm, have you heard back on your appeal via an email? Also, we recommend checking spam and junk folders too if you don't find it. Keep us posted.

Yes, she got an email response but that doesn’t say anything. It is incredibly frustrating to not engage with customers (paying) in a meaningful way. Atleast explain what went wrong. My wife says she has no clue!
