@TeamYouTube I'm having issues marking videos in my recommended as 'Not Interested'. I'll click the 3 dots and 'Not interested', but it doesn't seem to be making a difference. When I explain why, that is also never submitted e.g. not interested in the channel

That's strange. Clearing your watch & search history may influence your recommendations. Here's how you can clear the search history: https://yt.be/help/ZXSd and for watch history: https://yt.be/help/NqWS . Hope this helps.

I've cleared the history of both and my home and recommended feed do seem more in line with what I want to watch, but my feedback still isn't being submitted when I explain why I'm not interested in a video (tried on Chrome for Windows 10)

That seems strange. We'd recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if it fixes the issue. Here's how: http://yt.be/help/9RPp . Keep us posted.

This seems to have helped! I have to refresh the page for the videos to actually be removed from the recommended, but they are gone after I do this. Hoping this means my feedback is being received

We'd suggest filing a feedback report with these steps: http://yt.be/help/ghA5 . While every individual report may not get a direct response, we do review everything and use the details to investigate and fix issues.
