We've received an update. We've also confirmed the partner's channel isn't suspended. The partner's email address may be connected to another channel, so you may advise them to use channel switcher so that they can see which channel has been suspended. Thanks.

This does not help as I have already done this before. There is no other account on the channel switcher. When I try to appeal the suspension I get an email saying I cannot appeal a second time and my channel i shows up on youtube search. I am just unable to login to it
