Sorry about that. According to the screenshot shared on 29th April, your application is still in review & we review all applications manually. If it’s taking longer, it could likely mean your channel is held for a second review. Hopefully you don't have to wait much longer.

Hmm, this typically means your content/thumbnails are not original/auto-generated. You can make changes and always reapply after 30 days. Here's more about reused content & how you can avoid them in future videos: https://yt.be/help/AsbB . Hope this helps.
