Thanks for the screenshot. Could you try clearing the cache/cookies of your browser to see if that makes a difference? Also, try signing out of your account & signing back in on a different browser or on Incognito mode to see if that makes a difference. Let us know how it goes.

Tried the 2nd one: I signed in using incognito mode and it didn’t make a difference. I’ll try the 1st one later on my laptop at home but I’m already using a different laptop(my work laptop) when I signed in for the screenshots.
