Yes the problem persists both on desktop and smartphone as well. I've also noticed related channel tab is missing on the right side of screen (desktop version) which I am not sure if that's related to my upload inactivity.

Just to confirm, have you tried sorting the list by Most recent, using the drop-down menu in the top right? Let us know.
