@SusanWojcicki I need your help concerning my Google account. Please help me with my account. I have tried customer support to no avail. They have my account locked so that I can't make any purchases and yet they bill me monthly for YouTube premium account. Please help me.

Yes. I had an issue about a year and a half ago where I did a Google wallet payment with someone who was supposed to do credit repair for me. I paid then through Google wallet but they never provided any services to me. So I disputed it with my bank and they reversed the charges

After that Google customer service suspended my account. Every time I tried to buy something on Google play I got an error saying to send in documentation proving it's really me. Everything I do that they respond back saying it can't be restored.
