@TeamYouTube Hello, I'm having an issue where I can no longer gain access to an old account. The number connected to the account is no longer used and I have no clue what my recovery email account is. I would like to remove a video from that account that I no longer want online.

I've tried using your tips, but sadly none of them work. The problem is, is that all the recovery methods you have are dated for this account. The phone number is no longer in use, I don't own my samsung galaxy S9+ any more, and I just can't remember the recovery email account.

Appreciate your efforts. You can try recovering the username/email with these steps: https://yt.be/help/ruqU . Note: You’ll need to know the name on the account and one of the recovery options. Hope this helps.

But the recovery options are the problem. They don't exist anymore. I know the name, but the phone number connected to the account is no longer in use. Is there no other way I can ask for the YT video connected to this account to be taken off YT? Cause that's all I'm trying.

Appreciate the details. As the channel owner only you'd be able to delete the video. We suggest getting in touch with our Account recovery specialist from the link we've shared in our previous tweet. They can look into this further.

Do you mean this link? (link: https://yt.be/help/ruqU ) Cause that only leads to a page where I can recover my account with the email or phone connected to it. How do I contact the Account Recovery Specialist through that?
