That's odd and we haven't seen any similar reports. However, could you try re-uploading the video to see if that makes a difference? Keep us posted.

@TeamYouTube I have upload twice and waited for it to become available at 1080p60 and still the same thing could please look into it for me it's only when the moving starts in the video on youtube even check out on my main computer and clear as a whistle so i'm confused1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

When you upload a video, it will initially be processed in low resolution. Higher resolutions can take more time to process. While this happens, your video may appear to be missing high quality options for some time. Let us know it's been how long you've uploaded the video.
