We'd like to help. What happens when you try to watch a video? Do you see any error message? Also, mind sharing a few screenshots for us to look into it? Keep us posted.

When I try to watch certain videos only on my tv it says ‘loading...’ but stays on that screen

Thanks for the info. Could you try switching to an alternate Internet connection to see if that makes a difference? Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for confirming. Could you try resetting the YouTube app on your Toshiba Smart TV: Open YouTube app > Settings > Reset app? Let us know if does the trick.
