@TeamYouTube the framerate in a lot of my videos was pretty much nuked. it went from 60fps to maybe 45 or so? Really not sure whats going on. Been driving me crazy.

Just to confirm, does this happen on the latest videos or all the videos? Keep us posted.

Happens everywhere. Not just my computer. Looks like its not a browser or app issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dv1i75nt-pA … (close to the end) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EleoHZjmdD8 … (beginning) https://youtu.be/sX1aonTcseg?t=1048 … timestamp on a good example of the issue. original renders play perfectly fine in vlc.

If you go frame by frame you see some duplicate frames. I even downloaded the videos. It's baked into the videos. Still pretty choppy compared to the original renders.

To help the right team look into this further, could you send feedback from the account/device experiencing the issue? Here's how: http://goo.gl/VjzRwm . While you may not get a direct response, we do review everything and use the details to investigate and fix issues. Thanks.
