Oh whoops sorry! I have tried shutting my phone off a bunch and have deleted and reinstalled it like three times. It just keeps going to that screen :(
That's definitely odd. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Do make sure that you're trying to sign-in using your membership account. Also, we request you to delete the screenshot from Twitter as it contains your personal information.
