So to clarify, the "YouTube community" could mean YouTube employees since the general community is unable to view the video and therefore flag it? And this is not due to some automated system, someone physically reviews these videos?
Also, when I'm viewing in Video Manager, there is no such Appeals link. It does not indicate the video is age restricted either, it only popped up that screen when I viewed it for the first time.
