@TeamYouTube Hi, my video's been online for over 24 hours now and I can't see any sign of the 4K version even though 4K was uploaded. Any idea why?https://youtu.be/7w5fS_fWzV4

Hi there. We've checked the video and see that it's available in 4K resolution. Let us know if this isn't the case at your end. We'll look into it further.

Oh! Thank you. It's not showing up here (but I can only access it on my phone at present so maybe that's different?)

Just to confirm, are you referring to the video not available in 4K on a desktop? If yes, try switching to an alternate Internet connection and see if that makes any difference. Keep us posted.

No, on my phone (and earlier on the desktop but I can't check that now as I'm not near a PC)

Try switching networks from WiFi to data & vice versa. Let us know if the issue still persists.

Tried that, no change. The highest the phone sees is 1080 (iPhone SE); my (very old) ipad on wifi also only goes up to 1080. Is it just that your app knows the limits of the phone so doesn't show higher resolutions?
