@YouTube what's up w/ your Premium service on mobile? No matter where I'm at, I can't seem to listen to videos in the background w/o having it stop or buffer. Anyone else w/ the service having the same issue?

I'm on a Galaxy 6S. This has been a recurring issue for the past 2 months, but I figured it was my location until I experienced it everywhere. I tried logging out and in, but no luck.
