Looks like the video with the strike has been deleted (as per the screenshot). If a video with a strike has been removed, the strike will remain and you won't be able to appeal. Thanks!

Hmm, generally you should be receiving the option to appeal even after the video gets taken down by a strike. Are you able to share the video URL for us to look into this further? Keep us posted.
