Thanks for reaching out. The resolution and frame rate for all channel feeds are set by the network. You'll typically see either 720p with 60 frames per second or 1080p with 30 frames per second. Hope this clarify!

That's odd! Have you tried changing the channel resolution by following the steps here: Player window > Select Quality > Select the resolution? If yes, could you let us know what error message you see? Keep us posted.
